I really agree with Justin’s thoughts on how a wysiwyg editor can really take away from the actual text you are writing. A major reason why we are using a CMS these days is the opportunity to allow the theme or visuals of a site evolve without touching the content or content structure. Writing content with semantic tags allows the site theme to easily change without any noticeable remnants...

Drupal Textile
We’re using the Textile markup input filter on a few sites and I noticed today there were some issues with list items. Apparently the last item of each list was breaking off into its own new list. Thanks to such an active Drupal community, this problem had already been solved by someone else. Here is the patch I used to fix the issue.
